We want every GarageGift experience to feel as smooth as our installs — so here’s exactly how we handle shipping, replacements, and refunds.

✅ FREE Replacement Guarantee

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, we’ll send you a brand-new replacement— no hassle.

Just email support@garagegift.com within 2 days of delivery with photo or video proof, and we’ll take care of the rest.

  • Note: Slight color differences due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects. If damage is customer-caused, a free exchange won’t be possible.

⏱️ Production + Delivery

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most covers are made to order, but depending on availability, we also ship many of our orders directly from our local inventory to speed things up.

Once your cover is ready and processed (typically about 3 business days), we hand it off to our trusted carriers.

Estimated delivery times:

  • U.S. Orders:7–15 days after processing
  • International Orders:10–20 days after processing

Please note that, in some cases, such as customs hold, carrier delays, strikes, etc., there might be an extra delay of a few days, which is out of our control. We ship from both U.S. and Eastern Asia facilities, depending on your location and product availability. This hybrid setup helps us avoid delays and get your order to you as quickly as possible.

🕐 During busy seasons like Halloween and Christmas, delivery networks may run slower than usual. 

🚫 Changed Your Mind? Cancel Within 12 Hours

Life happens. If you want to cancel your order, just do it within 12hoursof placing it — no fees, no fuss.

And, if you want to change your order information do it within 12 hours of placing it. This includes things like name, address, design change, etc.

After 12 hours, a 15% cancellation fee may apply. However, once your item has shipped, we unfortunately can’t cancel it.

🔁 Returns (If You Simply Don’t Want It)

If your item arrives in working condition but you decide you don’t want it, you can still return it:

Return window:within 7 days of delivery. 

Return shipping:paid by the customer

Condition:must be returned in its original, unused condition. To start a return, email support@garagegift.com with your order number.

NOTE: All clearance items are final sale. Please check sizing carefully before ordering, as returns or exchanges are not available on clearance stock.

If your package is held at the post office, we will send you email reminders to pick it up. If unclaimed, it may be returned to the sender, in which case, you will be subject to a $9.99 re-shipping fee if you want it re-delivered. But good news: no restocking fees here.

💸 Where’s My Refund?

Most refunds are processed within 1–2 business days. Banks may take additional time to post the refund. If we’ve confirmed your refund and it hasn’t landed in your account yet:

  • Check with your credit card company
  • Then your bank (sometimes they’re just slow)
  • Still nothing? Shoot us an email at support@garagegift.com, and we’ll help chase it down.

⏳ Didn’t Get Your Order? Here’s What to Do

If your order hasn’t arrived within 45 days of purchase, we’ll:

  • Either reship it at no cost, or
  • Give you a full refund

❌ What Doesn’t Qualify for a Free Replacement or Refund

To keep our prices fair, here’s what doesn’t count as a valid reason for a free replacement or free refund:

  • “I changed my mind.” (You can still return within 7 days, but return shipping is paid by the customer.)
  • “I found it cheaper elsewhere.”
  • “The color looks different than on my screen.”
  • “I looked at my cover up-close, and I don’t like the print quality” (Our covers are meant to be viewed from a distance of 5 feet or more, not up close)

We try to show everything as accurately as possible, but lighting and monitors can vary. That doesn’t count as a defect. Once 24 hours have passed, we can’t cancel the order — but you can still return it within 7 days of delivery (return shipping paid by the customer).

🌎 Customs, Taxes & All That Stuff

Most customers don’t get charged customs, but just in case:

Our prices are in USD and don’t include import taxes or duties. If your country charges those, that’s up to your local government. We’re not responsible for delays caused by customs, but we’ll always support you if something goes wrong.

💡 Current Note for U.S. & Canada Customers:With the way things stand right now, all applicable tariffs are already included in our prices. You won’t see surprise duty fees added on top of what you paid.
